Return Policy

Reactionary Gap takes pride in customer service.  We understand, sometimes purchases are not what you wanted or expected. We strive to make your return a simple process.

Product Return Process:

• Ensure the product was purchased within 60 days of return.
• Ensure the product is not damaged.
• Ensure all contents are still in the original packaging.
• Locate your order number on your receipt.
• Email us at info@reactionarygap.us to obtain a Return Authorization Number and receive a prepaid UPS label.
• Securely package the product in a box and use the prepaid UPS label.
• Take the package to a UPS Store.  Please call UPS at 800-PICK-UPS.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your package to be received and processed before a refund is issued.
